And here Dean somehow assumed that maybe Lucifer wouldn't care enough to finish, that it wouldn't somehow be his endgame. But he just as easily carries on to the end, thrusting away until Dean's almost wincing with it, forehead pressed down to the mattress as he grits his teeth.

Once the whole thing's over, Dean fully expects the weight to be lifted. Maybe Lucifer would pat him on the head and wish him well before disappearing into the sunset. But instead he goes and lingers, laying across his back like a weight. It's not enough, apparently, to finish inside him but he makes matters worse by staying, leaving Dean to start squirming as panic sets in his hazy mind.

The threat, the appeal of doing it again is suddenly all too present and Dean's not sure he knows what to do. The best he's got is a pitiful heave of breath while he tries to maneuver his way out from underneath Lucifer, as if he could even manage it when he wasn't melty from orgasm.
