Lucifer rolls his hips forwards at a rapid pace, no longer caring how Dean feels about what they or doing or even Dean's comfort. If Dean had simply cooperated, he could have done this at more of a pace he would be happy with. Instead, Lucifer is choosing for him and if he goes in deeper than Dean would like, well, Dean has only himself to blame.
