"Before you start feeling sorry for yourself, you were given chances to make things easier for yourself," Lucifer points out mildly as he withdraws from Dean's mouth and steps back to look down at Dean critically.

"So. Do you finally feel like behaving?" If yes, Lucifer will consider freeing Dean's hands. If not, he's going to need to redo things slightly for the hands and knees portion of things.
