The tears flow faster as she tries to follow the order, and it seems to take forever to get to the required position. The bruising punishment both inside and out, along with being left to stay in an unnatural position has left her nearly incapable of staying upright without some degree of support, and without her hands....

The buzz of being almost satisfied has begun to wear off before she finally manages it. As soon as she's there, she starts to try to lean to take him in, but it's hard to do that and kneel when her lower half feels like wet noodles.
