That little help has her moaning around him, her tongue coaxing him in further as she tries to take him all the way in. There's a slight hesitation when she hits the point where she used to have to worry about her gag reflex kicking in, but apparently, like so many other things, that's no longer a problem. She was hungry for him in ways she had no words for, and while she couldn't balance with her hands or make her legs help her push to meet him, there were other things that should be almost as good.
