He eyes the other man, trying to decide if there's been any improvement on the vision front. With no apparent indication, he has to assume Garth'zel hasn't made any progress.
Kenobi clears his throat. "I hope this room will be satisfactory until we can find you something more appropriate. You shouldn't be bothered here while you're resting." He knows Garth'zel hasn't seen it, and that maybe he won't, but he's banking on the Sith sensing the neutrality of the provided space.
