Just because he doesn't want to do it doesn't mean he shouldn't. It seems a far less perverse idea to try and make a break for it instead of lying still and taking it like he actually wants. It's twisting him up inside to know that he's chosen this fucked up path and now all he has to show for it is an erection and a loss for words. Amongst other things.
Gritting his teeth, Dean's fingers curl harder into the sheets at his sides, the insistent pleasure enough to make him shudder. There's no way to splinter from it while he's too busy quivering, his body hardly working well enough to process the feeling let alone come up with an escape act. At least he could placate himself by claiming he was staying put because trying to get onto his feet would only result in idiocy.
