Lucifer's hips snap forwards as hard and fast as is safe for Dean, driving himself in deep every time. He wants to push Dean to the edge and then over it; make him reach the obvious end result with the knowledge that Lucifer was the one to bring him such pleasure.
Lucifer monitors Dean's reactions and when Dean seems close, gives him an order with the force of what he was behind it. "Come for me."
