If Dean had the opportunity, he would've shouted something about waiting, hold on one just one damn second- anything at all to put it off that much longer. Even if the thrill of finishing business is inclement, the idea of actually finishing is terrifying. There's something just too vulnerable about it, just too much.
At the very least, he can be thankful he's still crushed up against the mattress, giving him an easy hiding method. Because there isn't much option under the weight of the demand. The allure of it. There's too much impetus and besides, Lucifer's thrusts are unavoidable. It only takes another moment, maybe two before Dean is coming, hips rutting against the mattress until he's sticky with it, body shaking from release.
