Rather than standard handcuffs, these were smooth bands of steel about three inches in width with a six inch chain. Easier on Dean's wrists and shoulders than regular handcuffs by far, even if completely inescapable from without outside help.
Then he's off Dean the rest of the way, getting himself cleaned off with a thought. Time to see if Dean decides to attempt a tantrum over the restraints or if he'll move to his knees on the floor without prompting. Lucifer's betting on some version of the former.
