"Be sure you do," Lucifer says warningly, removing the gag and the chain of the cuffs with a snap of his fingers. The cuffs themselves are staying; they're perfectly smooth aside from the loops where the chain is connected. Aside from that, they'll probably remind Dean of nothing so much as Wonder Woman's bracers.
