Certainly not enough of one, no. The last thing Dean wants is to be given special treatment because of all of this; it's just one more thing he'll have to explain away.
At least he's fully aware of what the tightening fingers in his hair mean. He's not clueless enough to miss the suggestion, fingers balling behind his back in anticipation. Dean doesn't even stop to think that he might be allowed to pull back, instead taking the last few thrusts until Lucifer finally comes, spilling over into the back of his throat where he has to swallow hard, taking it all with the barest of silent whimpers.
