Lucifer is well aware of what's going on in her head, adding to the images and memories, making sure several of them involve Gabriel to reinforce her need and desire for his brother, even if she's sensibly afraid of him now, thanks to the consequences she suffered for angering him.
One of which has her screaming in pleasure even now. Lucifer lowers his head to bite down on the small portion of the back of her neck that isn't covered by her collar as his hips snap forwards a final time, filling her.
