Claudia had been absolutely relieved when it worked. She didn't know how Loki had pulled it off, given that her time there would have really changed things, but except for the time that passed, everything was pretty much the same. Well, it had been once Gabriel calmed down. But after showers and a lot of other things she'd missed, things were finally settling down. The Warehouse was still ecstatic that she was back, which had some interesting side-effects, but nothing like on of its bad moods, and once the portal device had been permanently destroyed, she was given some time off.

And that was spent pretty much eating, sleeping, and making it up to Gabriel for her absence. At least, it had been until she woke up this morning to race to the bathroom and throw up. It wasn't bad, as things went, but she had no idea why she would be sick like that. If she'd eaten anything, well, surely she would have noticed that it was off, even if her senses had gotten inured to some scents in the past.

Claudia give him a weak glare at his snark, but stood up, giving him his space as she went to rinse her mouth and try to wrap her head around things. "I guess. Or he wanted to make certain I didn't forget...never mind. Are you...?"

She didn't know what to think. Other than that she wasn't going to give up this chance, inconvenient as it might be. There had been plenty of times when they'd talked about having children, well, a child, since having a brood of nephilim would really be painting targets on all of them. "Bumping up the timetable isn't completely bad."

"No, it just gives us the chance to panic a little sooner. Along with bumping up the timing of you threatening to do terrible things to me for causing your state," he says with a small smile.

Claudia shakes her head a little at that, crossing over to him. "It's...I'll be fine. I've got you to hold my hand, right? Not going to go fly off an panic because you're going to be a dad, are you?"

She didn't really give him much of a chance to answer before drawing him into a soft kiss.

Gabriel presses harder into the kiss as he pulls her closer. She clearly wasn't that invested in getting an answer.

Honestly, right now, she just wanted to curl around him and be happy. There would be plenty of time to panic and/or blame him later. And call the doctor even though she had no doubt that it would be as easy a pregnancy as an archangel can make it.

It's still not exactly going to be a barrel of laughs.

They're in the bedroom in a moment's thought and Gabriel pushes her onto the bed and follows her on, still attached at the lips.

Since this was pretty much where she wanted to be, anyway, she wasn't complaining at all, instead sliding her hands inside his clothing, seeking more. Forgetting the not-quite-bad news in favor of repeating the actions that brought it along was a great idea.

Minus the spellwork involved. She's already pregnant, there's no need to go through that again.

Gabriel makes their clothes disappear with a thought, breaking the kiss to move down and worry at a nipple with his teeth.

Claudia can't help the smile at his clear impatience, even as she arches into his touch. "Excited, aren't you?"

Possibly, he says, mouth a little busy for speaking out loud.

Claudia ran her nails along his scalp, enjoying his attentions as always. "Lucky me," she purred.

"Yep," he agrees out loud as he switches to the other nipple, fastening his teeth on it.

Later, she'll probably freak out. Later, when there's the whole sinking in that she works in a place where very few people retire, and she lives in a warded home and keeps a loaded shotgun and a sword beside her front door. And how the Hell are they going to manage a kid in this life?

Right now, she just needs to be distracted from all the fretting and whatever else comes with it, and that is something Gabriel is very good at.

Yes, he is. In fact, it doesn't take him long at all to work his way down her so his head could spend some time between her legs as he licks and sucks at her. Distraction now, panicking later.

Claudia is already well on her way to wet by the time he manages to get down there, a throaty moan escaping at the first sensation of his mouth. "You have until the end of the world to keep doing that."

Don't tempt fate or a Winchester, he admonishes even as he keeps up his work, tongue lightly circling her entrance with little flicks in.

She can't help a laugh at that. "You better not being saying you'll put off orgasms to save the world," she teased. "Because I happen to think those are very important."

Ha ha, he responds with a roll of his eyes, mouth still occupied.

She starts to open her mouth to reply, but whatever she was going to say gets thrown out the window by whatever it was he just did with his tongue.

Just as planned. The Winchesters don't really need to be on her mind right now, anyway.

Gabriel gives her clit a final suck before moving up to line himself up and slowly press his way in, now that she was plenty ready for him.

Claudia bit back the whimper that she nearly always felt trying to escape when he stopped to change positions, but when he started to push inside her, the sound burst out as more of a moan. Her hands slid down his back to his hips, doing her best to urge him on.

Gabriel pauses when he's fully in and then rolls his hips forwards in the first slow thrust. Time to see how long he can stand taking it slow.

Claudia can't help a soft moan at the pace, more than happy to keep it slow for now, reveling in each small movement as their bodies join together. "So hot like this," she said, not really caring that it wasn't a complete sentence.
