Dean eating gives Gabriel time to finish his own food before snapping away the mess. Sure, he probably should have done it after Dean was gone, but whatever.

"All right, time to brace yourself for the trip back," he says as he stands and walks over to Dean to rest a hand on his shoulder. Then they're back in the parking lot by the Impala.

Fortunately, the warning does give Dean time to close his eyes before the world turns inside out and upside down. Then they are back where they started, and he shifts a little awkwardly, looking at Gabriel.

What the hell do people say in this kind of situation, anyway? Thanks for the lay, catch you later? He's not expected to give the guy a goodbye kiss, is he? That's a little schmultzy, right? He grasps at something, anything to say.

"So. Uh. Guess I'll catch you later, huh?"

[lotsoflaughs]

"Yeah. Maybe we can do this again sometime. Don't worry, I expect for it to be for at least a few months down the line if it does happen," he says, grinning up at Dean as he lets his hand drop to his side. "May as well give your brother visible confirmation that you've survived the night. See ya."

And he's out.

Well, that's that, then. And Dean isn't going to be offended or miffed that he's the one being treated like the one night stand here, because he doesn't care. Seriously.

For now, though, he's got a seriously pissed off coven to deal with, and that's what he's going to focus on as he goes into the motel to give Sam the new information and start dealing with said coven.
