I'll tell you a secret. I sometimes like to have a break from driving. If for no other reason than wanting to not get too stiff from being in the same position too long. Not as young as I used to be.

Yeah, I can see that being a thing. Cars aren't the most comfortable places to sleep.

Nope, they're not. Backseat isn't too bad though. Better when I was still kid-sized.

Yeah, I'd guess your legs are getting a bit too long for that to be comfortable as an adult.

I'm kinda surprised he can sleep okay in a normal bed.

Depends on the size of the normal bed. If it's something like a twin bed, yeah, his feet are gonna be sticking off. But the queen size beds in our usual motel rooms are big enough.
