If Garth'zel wasn't blind from hibernation sickness, he'd give the set of soldiers who were his dubious rescuers from carbonite a very unamused look. As it is, he does a fairly good impression of doing so. "Clearly, no one warned you of the dangers of angering a Sith."

He may be weakened from his stay in carbonite, but not that much. A hand stretches out, Force lightning shooting forth to show them the error of their ways. Assuming they survive it.

"He was a Jedi who wanted to learn to be the greatest one there ever was, but he was overly prideful of his abilities and impatient. He thought his Master wasn't teaching him quickly enough so he began looking into things on his own, some of which his Master knew he wasn't ready for yet. Some of those things involving the Dark Side, which, as you can imagine, his Master never would have wanted up investigating in the first place." Garth'zel pauses for a moment to give Ren time to absorb that.

"His investigations eventually led him to where the spirit of a long-dead Sith was, who promised him power, among other things. He ended up being one of the worst Sith out there. And a fairly effective cautionary tale among the Jedi about the dangers of pride." He wrinkles his nose a moment later. "I really could have done without the creatures he created with Sith alchemy. The Jedi killed a lot of them, but there were still some around by my time, and I imagine there's probably still a few here or there on forgotten or abandoned planets."

"So is this your way of trying to tell me to back off and let the Supreme Leader continue to teach me when he..really doesn't. All he does is punish me or torture me. Invade my mind...do what he can to hurt me when I don't do everything exactly as he wants them." He said softly, brushing his fingers through his hair.

"It's more of a 'the Jedi are much less likely to deliberately screw over their students' commentary, but however you feel like taking it," Garth'zel says dryly. "I'm also trying to nip you trying to push yourself further than you're up for with me in the bud."

"I don't want to push myself further than what I'm ready for, I just want to actually be trained. That would make me happy enough!" He said, studying the other man.

"All right," Garth'zel says with a nod. Although he's going to reserve judgment for later.

He finally unfolds his hands to pull what's left of his food back towards himself. "In the meantime, don't try too hard at finding a new place to murder trillions of being from, mm?"

Kylo Ren nodded after another few moments, standing up and making his way towards the door. He pushed his fingers through his hair, pausing. "If you need me, you can call for me. I'll come."

"I'll keep it in mind and will try not to choose a time when most people would be asleep," Garth'zel says easily. Not that he's really planning on bothering the other man too much. He needs time to get caught up with what's happened since he went into carbonite. He can do that easily enough with access to a terminal and whatever books may be present.

He nodded at that, bowing slightly before opening the door. "As I said, if there is anything you need, don't hesitate to ask. Oh and if someone comes by the name of Hux...be careful. He has no problem stabbing anyone in the back for his own betterment."

"In other words, business as usual," Garth'zel says dryly. "If he's stupid enough to attempt that with a Sith, I have no problem showing him his error in doing so."

He may be perfectly willing to get along with Jedi and be prone to the sorts of things they do, but he's still a Sith.
